How We Share Your Information


Our Commitment

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the circumstances described below.

a. With Designated State Brokers

Your name, contact information, license details, and production activity may be shared with the Designated Broker supervising your state. This is required for legal compliance under state real estate licensing laws.

b. With State Real Estate Commissions

We may be required by law to report agent and broker information to state regulatory bodies. We will comply with all lawful requests from licensing authorities.

c. With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.
