To join as an agent you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid real estate license in the state(s) where you will practice
- Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations

$99 Per Month
100% Commission
$0 Transaction Fees
Founding Rate
Founding Agents lock in the $99/month rate for as long as their account remains active and in good standing.
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly and may be cancelled at any time. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site or platform to:
- Violate any law or licensing requirement
- Misrepresent your credentials or affiliation
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Interfere with the security or performance of the platform

Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. Top Realty may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
